This is the perfect product for the family that loves fresh, good, healthy, real food. Yielding on average 150 lbs. of packaged meet you are ordering half of a fed steer to your exact specifications. . Every cut of meat that is available is tailored to your needs. With this option you will receive a cut sheet that is used by the butcher that we partner with all the available options that they offer. These limited spots must be reserved and are only available during certain times of the year.
Standard Side of Beef

This is a simpler option for those who aren't as fanncy with the cuts of meat, or just want a starting point. Approximatly 150 Lbs. of finished beef that willl satisfy your needs of high quality, variety, and versitility for the year.
